• Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
• Pricing: OP, OP3, Rush & Turbo orders EQP/NQP pricing do not apply. Online prices are subject to change without notice. All Online pricing is based on our costs known at the time of publishing. Natural disasters, worldwide economic conditions including, but not limited to, foreign governments altering their tax or monetary policies, the cost of raw materials rising (usually associated with the cost of oil) or other economic conditions could result in unforeseen price increases. Any such event may necessitate that we alter the pricing published in this catalog. In such an event, we will do our best to keep prices updated on our website at www.innovation-line.com. We are not responsible for pricing or information errors found in third party publications (i.e., ESP, SAGE, Impact, etc.) whether in a database, online, in print or by email blast, etc. Pricing is effective upon publication.
• Setup Charge: $55.00 (G) per location. 
• Repeat Setup Charge: $32.50 (G).
• PMS Colour Match Charge: $40.00 (G) per colour, not available for Full Colour Imprint.
• Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G), add 2 days to production time.
• Assorted Colours: Minimum assortment per colour is 100 pieces and must be in even increments of 100 pieces (sorry, no exceptions).
• Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship out blanks. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day.
• Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. In 4-colour process printing, exact colour match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Colour noted, screen colour shown and printed colour. None of these can be considered a defect. Due to the wide variety of designs & thickness on individual phone cases, some cell phone cases may restrict the charging cables ability to connect securely to the phone. This is not considered a cable defect and the case may need to be removed to secure cable connections.

Important Information: Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print, PhotoImage ® full colour direct, full colour label, transfer and sublimation. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E-Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation.
