PMS matches can only be close and cannot be matched exactly for digital printing. Claims resulting from printing imperfections only noticeable when magnified or enlarged will not be accepted. Logos/printing must be viewed at arms length by the human eye.

Canpar/Border Crossing Customs Delays: IL is not responsible for service failures incurred with 3rd party freight carriers. Failures include but are not limited to; lost packages, incorrect address routing & delayed shipments. Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.

Price Includes: one colour, one position Silkscreen imprint or Photoimage Colour imprint (Exact colour match not guaranteed).
Setup Charges: Screen - $50.00 (G) per colour; Photoimage Colour Imprint - $60.00 (G).
Laser Personalization Setup: $30.00 (G), only for Silkscreen printed orders.
Additional Charge to Colour fill Laser Personalization: $4.50 (G) per colour, per line. Not available for logos.
PMS Colour Match Charge: $40.00 (G) per colour.
Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G), add 2 days to production time.
Production Time: 15-20 working days.

Please note: Slight shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing or laser engraving. Each product is manufactured and printed individually so up to 3/16” movement in logo printing alignment is acceptable and cannot be considered a defect. Products are intended for individual use and not for comparison to one another, current order cannot match previous order.
