• Please note: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. Product material thickness, size and color as well as ink color will vary slightly from product to product and order to order and dye lot to dye lot, current order cannot match previous order. PMS colors will be very close, however inks are mixed by hand with some variation and cannot be compared to e proofs. Copy Change request must meet 1/2 of the first column quantity. No exceptions. All applicable charges will be applied.
  

Important Information:Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print, PhotoImage® full colour direct, full colour label, transfer and sublimation. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation.
