Material Colour: Material colour may vary from shipment to shipment and dye lot to dye lot. The physical colour of an object depends on how it absorbs and scatters light. No electronic device can truly capture actual colour and in most cases the way each person experiences colour is entirely subjective. Innovation makes no claims regarding colour and if material colour is critical to your customer, samples must be ordered in advance. Credits will not be made nor returns accepted for issues regarding material colours.

- Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.

Natural disasters, worldwide economic conditions including, but not limited to, foreign governments altering their tax or monetary policies, the cost of raw materials rising (usually associated with the cost of oil) or other economic conditions could result in unforeseen price increases. Any such event may necessitate that we alter the pricing published in this catalog. In such an event, we will do our best to keep prices updated on our website at www.innovation-line.com. - Setup Charge: $60.00 (G) per colour.
- PMS Colour Match Charge: $40.00 (G) per colour, not available for Full Colour Imprint.
- Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G), add 5 days to production time.
- Repeat Setup Charge: $32.50(G).
- Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. In 4-colour process printing, exact colour match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Colour noted, screen colour shown and printed colour. None of these can be considered a defect.
Important Information:Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colours on Innovation Line products. Colour variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, material or any other variation. PMS colour matching is not possible for any imprint method, including screen print, pad print, PhotoImage ® full colour direct, full colour label, transfer and sublimation. PMS is only a reference point and an approximation. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing. Note on proofs: E-Proofs are for logo placement and size approval only. The colours shown on e-proofs will not be accurately represented on monitors. Therefore, e-proofs cannot be an exact colour representation and factory is not responsible for ANY variation.
