• 5411 - Multicolour Vinyl Label - Price includes: up to a Full Colour Imprint on white vinyl label (exact colour match and label placement not guaranteed). Setup Charge: $55.00 (G).
• 5411S - Spot Colour Direct Print – Setup Charge: $55.00 (G) per colour. Price Includes: one colour imprint, one location. Additional Imprint Colours: $0.30 (G).
• Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
• PMS Colour Match Charge: $40.00 (G) per colour, not available for Full Colour Imprint.
• Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G), add 5 days to production time.
• Repeat Setup Charge: $32.50(G). 
• Complete ingredients label on back.
• Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 3 full production days to ship out blank kits.  Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 3 business days from the day the order is received.  Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day.
• Please note: Only ground freight shipping at regular published rates, are available in the continental U.S. for hand sanitizers. However, if expedited shipping is required a $50 fee per box will be charged as hazardous materials (sanitizers) documentation is required, ONLY FedEx carrier allowed for expedited shipping. Hand Sanitizers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico automatically require hazmat documentation and a $55.00(G) charge per box fee. For spot color imprint: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Small bubbles in vinyl label cannot be avoided as labels are applied manually and cannot be perfectly aligned on bottle or compared one to another or order to order. Clear ingredients label on back will be visible through the front and may make imprint difficult to read. Thin lines and small text are not recommended. Hand Sanitizers are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another, current order cannot match previous order.
