No electronic device can truly capture actual colour and in most cases the way each person experiences colour is entirely subjective. Innovation makes no claims regarding colour and if material colour is critical to your customer, samples must be ordered in advance. Credits will not be made nor returns accepted for issues regarding material colours.

- Email Proof Charge: $7.50 (G), add 2 days to production time.
- Repeat Screen Charge: $32.50(G). Repeat order ink colors will vary from order to order. Material size, shape, and color, will vary from product to product and current order products cannot match previously ordered product. Exact match is not possible and returns or credits will not be made.
- Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another, current order cannot match previous order. In 4-color process printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen color shown and printed color. None of these can be considered a defect.
